In some US states this guy would automatically get the death penalty. Also, the US military is supposed to show strength when their men commit crimes, which means he should get the death penalty many times more than a civilian. I hope this is not the guy which i read about earlier this week which got a deal to get out of the death penalty because he opened his mouth about the other killers. If this guy was on the other side, the US would have tourtured him or used other ways to get the whole story out of him and then issued the death penalty after that, not............given any leniency or saved his ugly ass.
